Handle day-to-day accounting activities related to the Logistics function.

Review and record logistics-related invoices, expenses, and payments.

Maintain accurate records of transportation, freight, shipping, and other logistics costs.

Reconcile logistics-related transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with the Logistics and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate recording of transactions.

Assist with preparing basic reports related to logistics expenses and costs.

Support the General Accountant with accounting tasks and routine financial activities when required.

Ensure all assigned transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system and properly documented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience; logistics or manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Previous experience with logistics-related accounting is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working with ERP systems.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and communication skills.
