We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join a newly established company, operating in the Operations & Maintenance and Facility Management sector.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding technical requirements, and proposing suitable solutions and services that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients within the target market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their technical and business requirements
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess requirements and identify suitable O&M / Facility Management solutions
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to develop appropriate solutions and ensure accurate proposals
• Follow up on leads, proposals, negotiations, and sales opportunities through to closing
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, business development engineering, or a related role
• Strong understanding of technical products, engineering services, or solutions
• Experience in preparing technical/commercial proposals and quotations
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
• Strong business development and client acquisition skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and operations teams
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance, MEP, HVAC, or related industries is a strong plus
