• Prepare, develop, and update project and manufacturing schedules using Primavera P6.

• Develop and maintain project WBS, Baselines, Milestones, and detailed production schedules.

• Prepare production plans for the assigned production line or manufacturing sections.

• Translate project delivery requirements into weekly and daily production plans.

• Follow up actual production progress against the approved plan.

• Monitor production orders and manufacturing activities throughout the assigned sections.

• Perform Production Capacity and Loading Planning based on available machines, manpower, materials, and required delivery dates.

• Identify production bottlenecks and capacity constraints and propose corrective actions.

• Coordinate production priorities according to project deadlines and customer delivery commitments.

Material Planning & SAP

• Perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on production and project schedules.

• Review material requirements against available inventory and upcoming production needs.

• Follow up material availability and shortages through SAP.

• Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.

• Follow up Purchase Requisitions, Production Orders, Material Reservations, and related SAP transactions, according to the company's planning workflow.

• Review material consumption and highlight shortages or risks that may affect production schedules.

• Ensure production plans are aligned with BOMs, material availability, and work orders.

Project & Production Follow-up

• Monitor Plan vs. Actual performance and identify deviations.

• Analyze delays affecting production or project delivery.

• Prepare and follow up Recovery Plans and Corrective Actions when required.

• Update Primavera schedules based on actual production progress.

• Monitor the Critical Path and activities affecting contractual delivery dates.

• Prepare short-term Look-Ahead Plans for production and project activities.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, Projects, and other related departments.

• Follow up Engineering drawings and technical releases required for production.

• Escalate material, engineering, production, or capacity risks before they affect delivery dates.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.

• Prepare Production Achievement – Plan vs. Actual reports.

• Prepare project progress reports and schedule variance analysis.

• Monitor production KPIs related to:

  • Production plan achievement

  • Delivery performance

  • Capacity utilization

  • Production delays

  • Material shortages

  • Work order progress

• Support management with accurate planning data and recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing Planning, or Industrial Project Planning.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

• Experience in Steel Fabrication, Tanks, Metal Industries, Piping, or Engineering Manufacturing is a strong advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

• Good practical experience with SAP, preferably related to Production Planning and Material Planning.

• Good understanding of:

• Very good command of Microsoft Excel.

• Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage several production priorities simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivery dates.
