1. Manage Order Execution & Product Availability

· Manage purchase orders and supplier coordination by following up on PO plans, confirmations and delivery timelines to ensure alignment on quantities and timely availability.

· Coordinate receiving and distribution activities by aligning with warehouse and operations teams to ensur smooth product flow across branches.

· Monitor stock and sales performance by reviewing daily reports and identifying gaps or opportunities to support timely actions and additional orders.

2. Support Sales Execution & Commercial Activities

· Follow up on product setup and new item activation by coordinating required data and system updates to ensure proper product availability.

· Manage promotions, quotas and special approvals by aligning with suppliers and internal teams to ensure correct implementation of commercial plans.

· Support execution of sales activities and deals by coordinating between suppliers and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.

3. Manage Claims & Inventory Adjustments

· Track and validate commercial claims and benefits by reviewing discounts, free units and system reports to ensure accurate collection and reconciliation.

· Handle expiry, returns and supplier claims by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to minimize losses and ensure proper settlements.

· Monitor overstock situations and corrective actions by aligning with sales and suppliers to maintain balanced inventory levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or any related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in supplier relations, pharmacies or hospitals, procurement, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier engagement.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supplier management software.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
