Job Purpose:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on mobile app growth (installs, engagement, retention), to drive efficient, scalable user acquisition for OneCard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat (Search, Display, App Install, and Social).
• Lead mobile app campaign strategy – app install campaigns, deep-linking, and event-based optimization (e.g., purchases, sign-ups).
• Manage and optimize campaigns using MMP tools (e.g., Adjust) for accurate attribution and performance tracking.
• Own and manage the paid media budget across channels, ensuring efficient CPA/ROAS and reallocating spend based on performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Build and present regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the content team to brief and align on creative requirements for paid campaigns.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in performance/paid media buying, with proven experience running mobile app campaigns specifically (App Install / App Engagement campaigns).
• Solid working knowledge of mobile app marketing fundamentals – attribution, deep-linking, MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar).
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets in the Saudi Arabia market specifically, with strong understanding of local consumer behavior and platform usage (Snapchat, TikTok penetration in KSA).
• Hands-on expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with performance data, Excel/Sheets, and campaign dashboards.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
