Job description

Key Responsibilities :-

• Support Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
• Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting activities.
• Maintain and update organization structures and job descriptions.
• Support Organization Development initiatives, including competency frameworks and organizational effectiveness projects.
• Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Support the implementation of Learning & Development programs based on business needs.
• Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, and effectiveness evaluations.
• Support the performance management cycle and monitor completion of performance reviews.
• Support talent review and succession planning activities.
• Maintain records of high-potential employees and development plans.
• Track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and follow up on agreed actions.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and talent management analytics.
• Generate reports related to recruitment, training, turnover, performance, and talent development.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and talent management records.

• All reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company policies and requirements

Qualifications: -

ᴧ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:-
ᴧ 1-3 years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions.
Skills: -

• Knowledge of talent management and HR best practices.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational and project coordination skills.
• Good in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting tools.
• Good in English
