We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the preparation, submission, and management of tender documents and proposals. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and organize comprehensive tender documents and proposals for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders.
• Conduct cost estimations, including quantity take-offs and pricing analysis, to align with project requirements.
• Analyze tender specifications, drawings, and contract conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Maintain an organized database of tender submissions and related documentation.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather necessary information and quotations for proposals.
• Monitor tender outcomes, manage feedback, and continuously improve tender submission processes.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in tendering within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficient in tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and related legislation.
