Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our brands across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand identities, improves product presentation, supports marketing activities, and contributes to sales growth across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional social media content, including posts, stories, Reels covers, banners, promotional materials, and campaign creatives.
• Create high-quality product listing images and infographics for Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other marketplaces.
• Design Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store graphics, and advertising creatives.
• Create website banners, promotional graphics, landing-page assets, and other e-commerce materials.
• Prepare creative assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
• Edit and enhance product photography, including background removal, retouching, colour correction, shadows, and image composition.
• Design product packaging, labels, inserts, brochures, catalogues, and other printed marketing materials when required.
• Follow and maintain the brand identity and visual guidelines for each company and brand.
• Develop creative concepts for new products, campaigns, promotions, seasonal activities, and product launches.
• Work closely with the Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, and Social Media teams.
• Adapt designs into the required dimensions, specifications, and formats for different platforms.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, brand assets, and editable source files.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, professional, consistent, and delivered according to agreed deadlines.
• Use AI-supported creative and design tools where appropriate to improve productivity and develop high-quality marketing concepts.
• Support the marketing team with creative ideas to improve product presentation, customer engagement, and campaign performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within e-commerce, retail, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Canva and other relevant design tools.
• Good understanding of e-commerce and marketplace image requirements.
• Strong skills in product image editing, retouching, and visual composition.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to understand a marketing brief and translate it into effective visual content.
• Experience in creating digital advertising creatives is preferred.
• Basic video editing, animation, or motion graphics skills would be an advantage.
• Experience using AI tools for image generation, creative development, or content production would be an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should provide a portfolio of previous work, preferably demonstrating experience in:

• E-commerce product images.
• Social media designs.
• Digital advertising creatives.
• Branding and visual identity.
• Product packaging and labels.
• Amazon or marketplace content.
• Website banners and promotional materials.
• Previous experience working with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, e-commerce, or consumer retail brands would be a strong advantage.
