We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Team Leader to join our team and lead the mechanical design department in delivering high-quality MEP projects.

-Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers.
• Review and approve HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting designs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, design deliverables, and technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and company QA/QC procedures.
• Support project managers during design and construction phases.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and technical guidance.

-Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Mechanical Design (MEP).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (BIM experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of international codes and design standards.
