Strong experience in supervising the execution of finishing works on site.- Ability to monitor labor and contractors and coordinate between different disciplines.- Reading and understanding engineering drawings and blueprints.- Monitoring work quality and ensuring adherence to specifications and plans.- Tracking progress rates and adhering to the project schedule.- Ability to solve problems and efficiently follow up on site work.- Strong communication and leadership skills.
