About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to support the growth of our UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) business. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and deliver effective power solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities for UPS solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

* Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.

* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

* Experience with UPS, CRAC units, Data Center, and electrical equipment.

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , or a related field.

* 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with UPS / CRAC units / Data Center.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the equipment sector.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in ERP System prefered Odoo.

* Owning a car is required.
