Role Description The Production Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sadat City, responsible for overseeing daily production activities within the plant. This role includes monitoring production lines, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinating with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime. The Production Engineer will participate in production planning, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. The role also involves maintaining accurate production records, analyzing performance data, and communicating clearly with supervisors and cross-functional colleagues to resolve issues and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Production Engineering with experience in manufacturing or food and beverages operations.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify root causes, and propose practical improvements.
• Experience in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices, HACCP or similar standards, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in El Sadat City and adapt to a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or manufacturing execution systems is an advantage.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous improvement.
