• Manage daily accounting transactions, sales, expenses, and cash reconciliation.

• Monitor food and beverage costs, purchases, inventory, and wastage.

• Calculate recipe costs and analyze cost variances.

• Reconcile stock, supplier invoices, and sales reports.

• Prepare financial and cost control reports to support profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 4–6 years of experience in Accounting and Cost Control within cafés or restaurants (F&B industry).

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
