Prepare material quantity takeoffs, cost estimations, and BOQs for projects and client proposals.

Prepare and modify 2D shop drawings, technical details, and layout plans using AutoCAD.

Develop 3D conceptual models and visualizations using SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software.

Coordinate with sales and technical teams to prepare accurate technical proposals and project documentation.

Review material requirements, quantities, and technical details to support project execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

1–3 years of experience in a technical office or estimation role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent.

Good understanding of quantity surveying, material estimation, and structural fundamentals.

Experience with steel structures is required.

Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
