Clinical Duties
Primary & Urgent Care: Provided frontline medical services for both scheduled and walk-in patients, managing acute
presentations such as chest pain, asthma exacerbations, trauma, infections, and chronic conditions like diabetes and
hypertension.
Assessment & Diagnosis: Conducted comprehensive clinical assessments and ordered targeted investigations including
ECGs, blood tests, and imaging referrals, ensuring safe, evidence-based decision-making in acute scenarios.
Management & Treatment: Delivered emergency management for common medical and minor trauma cases, administered
nebulizations, antibiotics, and wound care. Educated patients about their condition and follow-up steps in plain, accessible
language.
Referral & Escalation: Recognized red flags and facilitated urgent transfers to secondary care when required, coordinating
directly with emergency services to ensure patient safety.
Non-Clinical Duties
Documentation & Safety: Maintained accurate medical records, patient summaries, and handover notes to support continuity
and safe escalation of care.
Workflow Efficiency: Identified clinical bottlenecks and proposed patient triage improvements to optimize flow and reduce wait
times.
Public Health & Community Outreach: Participated in vaccination drives, hypertension/diabetes screening days, and health
education campaigns targeting vulnerable populations including the elderly and low-income families.
Procedural Skills
Skilled in emergency procedures including IV cannulation, wound suturing, injections, nebulization therapy, ECG interpretation,
and manual BP/Glucose monitoring.
