Kfoury Engineering a General Contractor Specializing in Industrial, commercial and infrastructural projects. Is hiring - Mechanical QS Engineer (3 - 5) Years of Exp.

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Mechanical QS Engineer, located in New Cairo (Park St. East Mall)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and monitor material consumption.
• Prepare, review, and submit client payment certificates for mechanical works.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor invoices and monthly payment applications.
• Perform quantity verification and cost tracking for project progress payments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 – 5 years in mechanical quantity surveying and cost control.
• Proficiency in mechanical quantity surveying software and tools (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized QS software).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, building codes, and local regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams.
• Good understanding of construction methods, contracts, and budgeting principles.
