Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor (AI Integration/LLM & .NET) will lead the design, development, and integration of AI-powered applications, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and .NET-based solutions. This role oversees end-to-end application lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and performance optimization. The supervisor will guide a technical team, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, data security, and compliance. Daily tasks include collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI integration opportunities, coordinating with infrastructure and support teams, and managing incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi.
Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• - Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.
• - Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• - Knowledge of React or Angular.
• - Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
• - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.
• - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
