Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Manage daily sales activities, including lead follow-up, customer communication, and opportunity tracking.

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve results.

• Review sales reports, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure proper management of the sales pipeline and follow-up on sales opportunities.

• Support the team in customer meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Identify challenges affecting sales performance and suggest improvement plans.

• Ensure accurate CRM updates and proper documentation of sales activities.

• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to support business growth.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in sales, including experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Strong experience in B2B sales; SaaS or software sales experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage sales activities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team.

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
