Swiss Co. is Hiring: Senior Sales Engineer, LVP & MCC

Swiss Co. is expanding its sales team and looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales of Low Voltage Panels (LVP) and Motor Control Centers (MCC).

Your role

• Take full responsibility for the sales cycle, from inquiry to order closure, and set its priorities together with our pre-sales technical team
• Decide which opportunities get technical resources first, based on project value, closing probability, and deadlines
• Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
• Identify new projects and clients, and track market trends in your segment
• Interpret client requirements and work with pre-sales to prepare accurate technical and commercial offers
• Deliver technical presentations and attend client and project meetings
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order execution and support customers after order confirmation
• Report weekly on pipeline, targets, and market activity

Must have

• 7-10 years of experience in the LVP and MCC selling segment (mandatory)
• BSc in Electrical Engineering

You also bring

• Strong grasp of power distribution and motor control solutions, and the ability to turn client needs into the right technical offer
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A self-driven, target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a team and under pressure
