Role Description The Senior Structural Engineer will work on-site in Cairo in a full-time capacity, leading the structural design and analysis of building and infrastructure projects. This role involves preparing and reviewing structural calculations, performing detailed structural analyses, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. The Senior Structural Engineer will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee CAD-based design documentation, and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Responsibilities include participating in client meetings, supporting project planning and delivery, and contributing to value engineering and sustainable design solutions. The role requires proactive involvement in quality assurance processes and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with proven experience in building and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in structural Calculations and Structural Analysis, including the use of relevant analysis and design software.
• Competence in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for structural detailing and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in leading project teams, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Knowledge of international and regional design codes and standards, with a focus on safety, constructability, and sustainability.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Previous experience with large-scale or complex projects and familiarity with Middle East or North African markets is advantageous.
