We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and update Mechanical Shop Drawings according to project requirements and approved designs.
• Develop and maintain Revit MEP models and coordinated mechanical drawings.
• Perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing for mechanical systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate mechanical systems with Architectural, Structural, and Electrical disciplines.
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and support BOQ preparation.
• Review subcontractors’ technical documents and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical support and clarification to the site team.
• Follow up on technical approvals and maintain proper documentation of revisions and changes.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a construction company.
• Strong hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is a plus.
