Job Required: Workshop Engineer (Production Mechanics / Mechatronics / Power)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing and developing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervising production lines and ensuring optimal operation of equipment (such as industrial robots, welding machines, painting, bending, and punching machines).
Analyzing production data and providing solutions to improve quality and productivity.
Monitoring quality standards according to local and international specifications (ISO).
Coordinating with design, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Applying industrial safety procedures and adhering to environmental standards.
Preparing technical reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
