Operating the cooling plant and ensuring equipment safety. Inspecting the IQF unit box, performing necessary maintenance, and carrying out required defrosting. Operating water pumps for cooling towers. Ensuring temperatures reach the required levels. Monitoring the entire plant to ensure the detection of any breakdowns or ammonia leaks. Carrying out emergency repairs based on instructions from the responsible manager. Performing periodic maintenance (daily - weekly - monthly) according to instructions from the responsible manager.
