Today PetroApp is expanding across 4 countries: Saudi Arabia Egypt Thailand and Nigeria with a growing international team building technology solutions for the energy transportation and fleet management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verify invoice details including prices quantities calculations and supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies errors duplicate invoices and inconsistencies.
• Ensure invoices comply with agreed terms company policies and established procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of audited invoices and document any identified issues.
• Prepare audit reports and highlight recurring errors or areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in invoice auditing accounts payable accounting or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
