Accounting Manager (financial Services)

Job Summary

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients in the financial services sector Including microfinance institutions consumer finance companies Insurance providers and donations entities
  
• Identifydevelopand execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share within assigned accounts Serve as the focal point of contact for clients ensuring prompt resolution of issues and delivering excellent service
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales marketing operations product)to meet client needs and achieve business goals Monitor market trends competitor activities and client feedback to identity new opportunities and risks
  
• Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  
• Support contract negotiations and renewals ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies rack account performance and report on key metrics to senior management
  

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years 2 years fin-tech industry
  
• Understanding of sales strategiescontract negotiation and partnership management.
  
• Familiarity with digital payment solutions or fin-tech products.
  
• Good command of MS Office Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentations.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle client issues proactively.
  
• Team player who can collaborate with sales marketing accounting and operations teams.
  
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Required Skills:

4-5 years in Engineering or IT Application Support. Fin-tech background is a plus. Accepting on-call process. Strong understanding of application support processes and best practices. Strong Linux knowledge (scripting searching operating etc.) Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge. Organized with a highly focused attention to detail. Strong result-oriented and customer-focused mentality.
