Main Responsibilities

1. Drawing Preparation & Review

• Study landscape design packages (BOQs, drawings, specs) to identify missing data or design gaps, and raise RFIs/RFPs to resolve discrepancies or design issues.

• Prepare and maintain accurate shop drawings for hardscape, softscape, and all landscape works based on approved designs for submission to site.

2. Technical Coordination

• Collaborate other discipline teams to identify and resolve coordination conflicts.

• Follow up with consultant and site teams on drawings approvals and clarifications.

• Provide technical support to the site team, ensuring proper interpretation and implementation of drawings.

3. Project Planning & Documentation

• Visit sites to validate updates and prepare related proposals for new pr modified items.

• Document revisions and produce clean-copy / As-built drawings.

• Support in defining project timelines and follow up on task deadlines.

• Prepare and submit progress reports and task documentation to direct manager.

4. Meetings & Communication

• Participate in landscape meetings to stay informed on strategies, updates, and technical decisions.

• Attend BIM meetings to understand workflow and project model updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in landscape technical/design works.

• Strong experience in landscape shop drawings, composite drawings, and technical submissions.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

• Good knowledge of hardscape, softscape, landscape construction, and materials.

• Experience in reviewing IFC/IFT drawings, BOQs, specifications, TQs/RFIs, and consultant comments.

• Knowledge of design coordination, value engineering, and variation orders.

• Good technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office with good command of English.
