We're Hiring | Sales Development Representative (SDR) – UK & European Markets

VOOM is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales expansion across the UK and European markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, conducting outreach, generating qualified leads, and booking meetings for the sales team, with a focus on B2B Software / SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential B2B clients across the UK and European markets.

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting channels.

- Reach out to potential clients and introduce VOOM's solutions.

- Qualify prospects based on their needs and business potential.

- Book qualified meetings and sales appointments for the sales team.

- Maintain accurate prospect information and activity records in the CRM.

- Follow up with prospects and support the sales pipeline development.

- Achieve assigned lead generation and meeting-booking targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.

- Experience in B2B Software / SaaS sales is a strong plus.

- Familiarity with prospecting tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.

- Strong research, communication, and prospecting skills.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- Ability to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.

- Experience targeting clients in the UK or European markets is a strong advantage.

- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

Job Details:

Location: Cairo, Egypt – On-site

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM – 6 PM

Weekend: Friday & Saturday

Employment Type: Full-time
