Waset Co Studio is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations and turn company goals into measurable results. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee Operations, Production, Training, and Accounting, while coordinating with Marketing and Technology leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations and align departmental priorities, resources, and deadlines.
• Supervise department managers and drive accountability, teamwork, and performance.
• Set KPIs, run weekly and monthly reviews, and report results and risks to the CEO.
• Improve SOPs, production efficiency, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks, cross-team conflicts, and employee escalations.
• Review budgets, expenses, receivables, and resource needs with the Accountant.
• Approve operational decisions within delegated authority and escalate strategic matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading operations and managing multiple teams, preferably in a creative agency, media, or video production business.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage KPIs, budgets, capacity, and delivery deadlines.
• Experience developing SOPs and improving operational processes.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com and spreadsheet reporting.
