Sales Team – NARA Developments

About the Role

NARA Developments is expanding Sales Team and looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Professionals with at least 2 years of experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven, ambitious, and looking to grow within a fast-paced real estate environment.NARA is also launching major marketing campaigns in partnership with leading agencies, focused on generating qualified leads, increasing brand awareness, and creating stronger sales opportunities for the team.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into successful sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable properties.
• Present projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities professionally.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate with clients and work toward closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and sales process.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow professionally.
