Implementing and following up on occupational health and safety instructions and procedures within the commercial center. Conducting periodic inspection tours of shops, corridors, warehouses, restaurants, offices, and service areas. Ensuring the safety of emergency exits and evacuation routes, ensuring they are free of any obstructions. Inspecting fire extinguishers, fire hoses, alarm systems, and firefighting equipment, and ensuring their validity and accessibility. Monitoring compliance with safety requirements during maintenance, electrical, cleaning, finishing, and contracting work. Ensuring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment by workers and contractors. Identifying hazards and risk sources, such as electrical, slipping, falling, and unsafe storage hazards, and reporting them immediately. Reporting incidents, injuries, and safety observations, participating in documenting them, and following up on corrective actions. Assisting in the implementation of emergency and evacuation plans and ensuring the clarity of safety signs and instructions. Monitoring compliance with safety instructions in loading and unloading areas, warehouses, and parking areas. Ensuring that flammable or hazardous materials are not stored in an unsafe manner. Preparing periodic reports on inspection tour results, violations, and identified hazards. Following up on the removal of observations and violations in coordination with the Occupational Health and Safety Department and the Operations and Maintenance Departments. Raising awareness among workers, contractors, and visitors, when needed, regarding safety instructions and emergency procedures.
