Job description

Job Purpose

• Execute the opening, updating and any required maintenance for all clients' CIFs and accounts
• Ensure good quality of clients' non-financial data captured on the system.

Key Accountabilities

1.Execute CIFs and accounts related operations accurately and on timely manner.

2.Ensure having complete and proper CIF and KYC required documentation according to bank procedures.

4.Ensure all CIFs original documents are received from concerned branches and timely delivered to archiving unit for E-archiving and filling purpose.

5.“Apperio and Hats system” with amending the data with accuracy and should be complete.

6.Receiving the files from Branches / Corporate / SME” s through internal mail or e- mail

7.Reviewing all the company documents according to its type (individuals, joint stock, limits liability and soli clarity company) as each has its own document.

8.In case of any missing / incorrect data contact branch by e-mail or return the file till fulfilling missing documents

9.Adding company signatures on system of “identity capture” with all data written.

10.Receiving Customer / Company update by internal mail after making sure it was right in internal mail paper.

11.Make the update that only need maker and no checker liked (Online Banking / Debit Card / Mobile Banking / velti / wallet).

13.Registering The Returning files to the Branches Daily with date and maker’s name.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience

Experience

•At least 4 years banking experience

•Experience in various banking roles including retail banking and operations
