• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.

• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.

• Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams.

• Distribute tasks and monitor workforce performance and productivity.

• Inspect ongoing works and report any technical issues or deviations.

• Ensure proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

• Follow up on concrete works, blockwork, plastering, finishing, and other civil activities as required.

• Enforce site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

• Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues to the project management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.

• 10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site execution procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

• Proven experience supervising workers, subcontractors, and daily site operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

• Good knowledge of construction quality and health and safety requirements.

• Previous experience in major construction projects is preferred.
