Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Handover Engineer to join our growing team in 6th of October, Egypt. In this role, you will be the bridge between the construction phase and the final delivery of residential and commercial units. You will be responsible for ensuring that all properties meet our high-quality standards, managing the snagging process, and facilitating a seamless transition for our clients upon receiving their property.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify construction defects, finishing issues, and incomplete works.
• Manage and supervise the rectification of snags in coordination with contractors and internal maintenance teams.
• Prepare detailed handover reports and documentation for each unit to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the customer service and sales departments to schedule unit delivery appointments.
• Conduct walkthroughs with clients to explain property features, utilities, and warranty procedures.
• Ensure that all necessary utility connections and administrative clearances are processed before the handover date.
• Maintain comprehensive records of handover progress, snagging status, and client feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in site supervision, quality control, or project handover within the real estate development sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, finishing standards, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, shop drawings, and technical schematics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
