We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead / Application Senior Supervisor to lead our engineering team, architect scalable systems, and drive enterprise AI & LLM integrations into .NET products.
Key Requirements:
Core Stack: 6+ years of experience in .NET Core, C#, C++, ASP.NET Core & REST APIs.
Leadership: 3+ years supervising and mentoring software engineering teams.
Hands-on AI Experience: Professional experience with Azure OpenAI, LLM Integration, Azure AI Search, or Semantic Search(Note: University projects or internships do not count).
Databases & DevOps: SQL Server / PostgreSQL & CI/CD pipelines.
Language: Fluent English communication skills.
