ProCrew is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join the team working on Peak Time, a growing project with exciting opportunities in the B2B market.If you’re passionate about sales, business development, building client relationships, and turning opportunities into real business, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new B2B leads.
• Reach out to decision-makers through LinkedIn, outbound prospecting, and lead-generation tools.
• Conduct online and offline client meetings and product demos.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Support free trials, proposals, and closing activities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline/CRM.
• Attend client meetings, networking opportunities, and business events when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Experience in SaaS, Software, Technology, HR Tech, or B2B is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with prospecting, follow-ups, and client-facing meetings.
• Proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded.
• Good English communication skills.

Location: Cairo or Alexandria Work Model: HybridOffline meetings and business events are required when needed.
