Required Tasks: 1- Monitor CCTV screens to ensure that employees and visitors follow the company's standard operating policies and procedures. 2- Monitor CCTV screens to ensure that employees and visitors follow the company's standard operating policies and procedures. 3- Immediately report to the direct manager if any suspicious movements by people are observed or if strangers appear in the area. 4- Create a daily report of all violations in the branch or department and send them to the company's General Manager. 5- Retrieve and record specific footage when requested for investigation purposes. 6- Report all CCTV malfunctions to the technical support officer to work on repairing them and maintaining proper operations. 7- Prepare daily and monthly reports to be submitted to the direct manager. 8- Perform any other tasks requested by the direct manager at the same level of responsibility. 9- Inform the direct manager of locations that require additional cameras. Professional Capabilities and Skills: - Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems. - Ability to pay attention to detail, maintain high focus, and follow up. - Ability to handle situations immediately and react quickly in various emergencies. - Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications. Requirements: - Good appearance. - Experience in the field of CCTV surveillance. - Accuracy and observation skills. - Proximity of residence (Shubra El-Kheima).
