Key Duties and Responsibilities: Direct supervision of warehouse workers and support services within the warehouse. Organizing and distributing daily tasks and ensuring their optimal execution. Preparing work schedules, shift rotations, and leave plans, and ensuring compliance with them. Monitoring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and its associated facilities. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety procedures. Training new workers and guiding them regarding work procedures and their responsibilities. Submitting periodic reports on performance, attendance, and discipline.
