• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities according to the production plan.

• Follow up on fabrication processes, including cutting, fit-up, welding, grinding, and assembly.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Technical Office departments.

• Monitor material consumption, manpower utilization, and production efficiency.

• Identify production problems and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and waste.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable manufacturing standards.

• Prepare production reports and monitor progress against planned targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production within steel fabrication, pressure vessels, or heavy industry.

• Good knowledge of fabrication processes, welding operations, and engineering drawings.

• Good planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
