Role Description The English Instructor will deliver interactive, learner-centered English lessons to individuals and groups at e park’s Cairo location. In this full-time, on-site role, the instructor will plan lessons, create teaching materials, and adapt content to different proficiency levels and learning styles. Daily responsibilities include teaching classes, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The instructor will also participate in curriculum development, collaborate with other educators, and support extracurricular language activities or workshops. Ongoing professional development and contribution to a positive, inclusive learning environment are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications

• Strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills, with the ability to design and deliver effective lessons for varied proficiency levels.
• Demonstrated Teaching and Education experience, including classroom management, assessment, and learner support.
• Solid Writing skills for creating clear instructional materials, assignments, and learner feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, maintain a consistent full-time schedule, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Experience teaching diverse age groups or cultural backgrounds is beneficial; familiarity with modern teaching technologies and interactive methods is preferred.
