CIPPO is dedicated to supporting neurodiverse children and their families through evidence-based programs therapy and inclusive learning experiences. Were looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic & Multimedia Designer to help bring our mission to life through meaningful visual communication.

In this role youll support the creation of engaging visual content across digital and print platforms helping communicate our programs campaigns and initiatives. Youll work closely with the marketing programs and design teams while continuously developing your creative and technical skills in a collaborative purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media presentations educational materials and marketing campaigns.
  
• Create and prepare print-ready materials including flyers brochures event collateral signage and promotional items.
  
• Edit short-form videos such as social media reels podcasts testimonials and promotional content.
  
• Apply and maintain CIPPOs brand identity across all creative materials.
  
• Support the creation of digital assets for websites social media email campaigns and other online platforms.
  
• Organize design files templates and creative assets to maintain an efficient workflow.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative projects on time and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
  
• Stay up to date with design trends creative tools and AI-assisted workflows while continuously developing your skills.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Fine Arts Applied Arts Graphic Design or a related field).
  
• 02 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software (such as CapCut Edits or similar).
  
• Good working knowledge of Canva.
  
• Good command of written and spoken English.
  
• Strong visual design typography and layout skills.
  
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
  
• Willingness to learn receive feedback and grow in a fast-paced environment.
