Product Manager

Job Summary

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with design engineering and business stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities.

• Conduct market research competitor analysis and user interviews to uncover insights and validate ideas.

• Write clear and detailed product specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Drive sprint planning backlog grooming and product reviews in an agile environment.

• Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve.

• Align product development with company goals and ensure timely releases.

• Communicate product updates and decisions effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in product management within a tech-driven environment.

• Proven success delivering impactful products from concept to launch.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering design marketing etc.).

• Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with tools like Clickup Jira Trello Confluence Figma or similar.

• Experience with data analytics tools is a plus (Clarity Mixpanel GA Amplitude etc.).
