Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor (AI Integration / LLM & .NET) at Xceed will lead the design, development, and integration of AI-driven solutions and large language models into existing and new applications. This full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi involves overseeing end-to-end application lifecycle management, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The supervisor will guide a technical team in implementing .NET-based applications, integrating APIs, and optimizing performance, reliability, and security. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders, aligning AI and application capabilities with operational needs, supervising technical support activities, and ensuring adherence to Xceed’s compliance and quality standards. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to technical training, and continuously evaluating emerging AI and software technologies to enhance Xceed’s digital capabilities.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of React or Angular.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
