Role Description The Application Supervisor (AI Integration / LLM & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role oversees the design, development, and integration of AI solutions—particularly large language models—into .NET-based applications supporting Xceed’s BPO operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising application development teams, coordinating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring AI-enabled features align with operational and customer service needs. The Application Supervisor monitors system performance, manages incident resolution and technical support escalation, and ensures adherence to security and compliance standards. This role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to training plans, documenting processes, and continuously improving application functionality and reliability.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret business needs, evaluate AI/LLM performance, and optimize .NET applications.
• Candidates should possess training and coaching skills to guide development and support teams on AI integration, best practices, and new system functionalities.
• Candidates should possess basic accounting and business awareness to understand cost implications, project budgeting, and ROI of application initiatives.
• Candidates should possess technical support and customer service skills to manage application incidents, handle escalations, and ensure high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience in application development or supervision, with hands-on work in .NET technologies and practical exposure to AI or LLM integration.
• 2+ years experience in leadership and managing team
• Experience working in BPO, contact center, or high-volume service environments is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, integration methodologies, and information security and data protection principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, and readiness to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi.
