Job description

• Establish and maintain document control procedures and the master document register.
  
• Register, classify, distribute, track, and archive incoming/outgoing correspondence and transmittals.
  
• Manage RFIs, technical and material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, inspection requests, and approvals.
  
• Track revisions, review statuses, comments, resubmissions, and approval cycles.
  
• Ensure project teams use the latest approved drawings and documents.
  
• Coordinate submissions with the client, consultant, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  
• Maintain meeting minutes, action logs, approvals, NCRs, test reports, and handover records.
  
• Follow up overdue reviews and missing deliverables; prepare document status reports.
  
• Support compilation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, training records, and final handover dossiers.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of document control experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or ICT projects.
  
• Experience with EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex, or equivalent.
  
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills; understanding of revision control and transmittal workflows.
  
• Excellent organization, accuracy, confidentiality, communication, and follow-up skills.
