Role Description The Project Control Engineer (Exp +5) role at ASWAQ Developments is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Sherouk. The role involves overseeing project cost control, planning, and scheduling to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating project schedules, monitoring progress, analyzing variances, and reporting on performance to project stakeholders. The Project Control Engineer will collaborate with project managers, site teams, and finance to manage cost forecasts, support risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions. The role also includes maintaining project documentation, contributing to continuous improvement of control processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong project control skills, including experience in Project Control methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in cost-focused disciplines such as Cost Control and Cost Management.
• Ability to manage time-related aspects of projects, including Planning & Scheduling.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting project data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project control within real estate development, construction, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with capacity to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
