Role Description The French Procurement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including creating and processing purchase orders, coordinating with French-speaking suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The specialist evaluates supplier performance, supports contract negotiations, and maintains accurate procurement records in line with company policies and compliance standards. Daily tasks include analyzing purchasing needs, comparing offers, optimizing costs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Procurement knowledge and experience in managing purchasing cycles.
• Candidates should possess skills in managing Purchase Orders and maintaining accurate procurement documentation.
• Candidates should possess experience in Supplier Evaluation and vendor performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Contract Negotiation and coordinating terms with French-speaking suppliers.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to compare offers, optimize costs, and support data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in French and very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in BPO, shared services, or multinational environments is a plus.
