• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and quality criteria based on business and technical requirements.

• Review requirements and technical documentation to identify quality risks and ensure requirements are testable.

• Design and execute manual tests across functional, regression, integration, system, API, usability, and end-to-end testing.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects, support root cause analysis, and validate fixes.

• Perform API testing and validate integrations between internal and external systems.

• Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and input for release-readiness decisions.

• Support performance, compatibility, and production release validation when required.

• Contribute ideas to improve test coverage, testing efficiency, and QA processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of professional experience as a QA engineer.

• Hands-on experience testing web applications, APIs, databases, and system integrations.

• Demonstrated experience in API testing (e.g., Postman) and SQL for data validation and database testing.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test and defect management tools.

• Practical experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Very good command of English (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools or frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured).

• Experience testing software in regulated or healthcare environments.

• Experience with validation documentation and requirements traceability.

• Mobile application testing experience.

• Knowledge of non-functional testing, including performance testing (e.g., JMeter) and basic security testing.
