Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor (.NET & AI-LLM Integration) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cairo, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications and services, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability in a high-volume BPO environment. The supervisor leads the integration of AI and LLM technologies into existing systems, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation and optimization opportunities, and translates business requirements into technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding development teams, reviewing code and architecture, managing application support and incident resolution, and ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards. The role also involves mentoring team members, coordinating training on emerging technologies, preparing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the application portfolio.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
