Account Manager â Vendor Operations Supply Chain

Job Summary

• Act as the main point of contact between sellers and internal supply chain teams.

• Monitor and manage order fulfillment shipment tracking and delivery performance.

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.

• Ensure seller compliance with supply chain processes and company standards.

• Analyze seller performance data and suggest improvements for efficiency.

• Proactively communicate delays challenges or updates to sellers and internal stakeholders.

• Support onboarding of new sellers into the supply chain process.

• Generate regular performance and operations reports.

Qualifications :

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in account management supply chain operations logistics customer service or sales.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Analytical thinking with the ability to solve problems efficiently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and ERP or order management systems is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field is preferred.
