Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree: B.Com – Accounting major or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounting field. Previous experience in General Ledger Accounting or Financial Accounting. Practical experience in accounting reconciliations and month-end closings. Proficiency in using Excel at a level suitable for analysis and reconciliations. Practical experience using an ERP Accounting System. Previous experience with Odoo is preferred. Previous experience in Retail companies or multi-branch companies is preferred. Good knowledge of journal entries, chart of accounts, reconciliations, Trial Balance, fixed assets, and monthly/annual closings. Strong ability to analyze accounting discrepancies and reconciliations and detect errors. High accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to organize time and meet closing deadlines. Ability to coordinate and communicate with finance departments and branches. Commitment and confidentiality in handling financial data. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Retail sector. Experience in Multi-Branch companies. Practical experience in Month-End Closing. Experience in Audit Support. Experience in Odoo or similar ERP. Strong ability in Reconciliation & Analysis.
